Join our school as a Sport Coach and inspire young athletes in a energetic, supportive environment. We’re seeking passionate coaches for Badminton and Water Polo in a casual capacity, commencing Term 1, 2026. If you have experience in either sport and love helping students reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role
- Deliver quality Badminton and Water Polo programs across a range of skill levels.
- Plan and manage training sessions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Lead pre-season skills and development sessions.
- Assist with grading and team selection.
- Fulfil duty of care responsibilities, including supervision at training and matches.
- Maintain open communication with the Sport Coordinators, coaches, and students.
- Ensure a safe environment for all students.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Current and valid Working with Children Check.
- Relevant coaching or playing experience. Coaching qualifications desirable but not essential.
- Warm, approachable manner and strong communication skills.
- Ability to develop athletes of all abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Sydney for sporting events.
- Well-organised, reliable, and flexible with hours.
