Are you a Medical Receptionist with a passion for providing high-quality care? We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Medical Receptionist's to join our brand-new Medicare Urgent Care Clinic due to open in January 2026, in a fantastic location in Booragoon.
This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team at a newly renovated clinic, supporting the clinical team to provide short-term, episodic medical care for urgent conditions.
Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Booragoon will be open 7am - 9pm, 7 days per week including Public Holidays

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments.
- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries courteously and professionally.
- Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient personal information.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Skills and Experience
We are keen to hear from Medical Receptionists looking for part time, casual and after-hours roles.
- The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail when managing documentation, booking appointments and filing.
- Experience using Best Practice software.
- We utilise a range of medical software which requires strong computer skills.
- You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
