- Roll'd Runaway Bay is located inside Runaway Shopping Centre, with a high amount of customer visit daily. Beside serving Vietnamese cuisine, we also do catering for school, business events and parties._
**As a Store Manager at Roll'd you will**:
- Store Manager leading a team of 20+ in a fast paced flagship setting
Recruit, train, support & mentor a high-energy team
Ensure profitability through superior customer service & sales while managing stock & wastage
Lead daily operations & ensure compliance
Collaborate with marketing to boost community engagement & B2B catering sales
**The skills & experience we are looking for**:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager in the fast food industry
Robust leadership skills & the ability to bring out the best in your teams
Excellent customer service & communication skills
The ability to manage budgets & understand how to impact sales
Food safety & compliance knowledge
