North Richmond Community Health (NRCH) has been a cornerstone of the Richmond community on Wurundjeri land since 1974, dedicated to providing holistic health services and fostering community connections. With a focus on health and wellbeing, human rights, and cultural competence, NRCH established the Centre for Culture, Ethnicity and Health (CEH) to share their expertise throughout the state. Role Description
This is a four day a week, fixed-term 12-month position for an Information Technology Support Officer at North Richmond Community Health, located on-site in Richmond, VIC. The role involves delivering technical support, managing IT systems, troubleshooting issues,
and maintaining hardware such as desktop computers and printers. The officer will liaise with other departments to ensure seamless daily IT operations, assist with user training, and contribute to system updates and maintenance to support the organization's technology needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing technical support and troubleshooting IT-related issues.
- Knowledge and experience working with information technology systems and processes.
- Skills in managing, configuring, and supporting desktop computers and peripherals.
- Experience with printer support, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Information Technology or related fields are highly desirable.
