Position Title: Full-time Electrical Engineering Technician
Salary: AUD $77000 + Superannuation
The Employer is a leading Manufacturer in Electrical Switchboards based in Mulgrave VIC is searching for a skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to join their team and be a part of something exceptional.Tasks include:
- Review engineering drawings and prepare work instructions for the workshop
- Interpret engineering drawings and carry out electrical works
- Electrical panel assembly
- Calibration of machine protection equipment
- Collaborate with machine operators to identify, define, and solve electrical problems
- Attend to all emergency electrical breakdowns
- Preparing maintenance schedule for machines and systems according to safety procedures
- Regular electrical maintenance of the machines.
Skill level required:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ Years’ experience in electrical maintenance, wiring and installations
- Maintain a qualified attitude at all times
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of proper safety procedures
- Good team player
