- Your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain the highest level of guest experience in a multifaceted hospitality business.
- You enjoy juggling a multitude of activities and appreciate process, structure and the importance of upholding agreed upon standards. You enjoy ensuring our home is safe, well organised and magnifique at all times.
- AND You’ll take outstanding pride in ensuring our guests leave having felt a touch of France whilst dining under your watchful eye.
- Whilst supporting the vision,



values and goals in place to enable Entrecôte to thrive, to continue to reimagine, and to create tomorrow’s stories.
- Certificate 2 or 3 in Hospitality or 2 years in relevant experience.

Acknowledging our 7 day a week endeavour, we’re looking for two Head Waiters to enable some flexibility in shaping your work week.

You’ll work closely with our Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, and enjoy:
