Decisions Café in Birtinya is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Barista/FOH All-Rounder to join our dream team! (around 30hrs p/week)
If you’re passionate about coffee, making and serving beautiful drinks, love working in a fast-paced setting, are a team player, and enjoy connecting with customers, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements:
- This is a a 5 days p/ week position. You must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
- Barista experience essential. 2 years experience in a fast-paced dine in café. You should be confident with dealing in, adjusting the grinder, texturing milk, pouring beautiful latte art, and producing high-quality coffee consistently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and support the team at the counter and on the floor when required
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
