FOH Waitstaff / Bartender – Multi-Venue (Part-time & Full-time)

Location: Potts Point, Manly, Balgowlah Heights, Cammeray

MKR Groups operates four Japanese and Asian dining venues across Sydney. We are hiring Front of House (FOH) staff to join our energetic teams at multiple locations: KUSHI2011 (Potts Point), KUSHI2095 (Manly), Maki2093 (Balgowlah Heights), and Jizakana (Cammeray).

Openings & Shifts:

- Jizakana (Cammeray): Full-time 1 (Thu–Sun) – Minimum 1 year FOH management experience required
- KUSHI 2095 (Manly): Part-time 2 (Evening, Thu–Sat)
- Maki 2093 (Balgowlah Heights): Part-time 1 (Evening, Mon–Sun)
- KUSHI 2011 (Potts Point): Full-time 1 + Part-time 2 (Evening, Thu–Sun)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers, take orders
- Serve drinks including beer, wine, sake, and basic cocktails
- Handle payments and assist with reservations
- Manage tables and sections, support opening/closing duties

Requirements:





- FOH experience preferred (no experience required for most positions; Jizakana full-time requires FOH management experience)
- RSA (NSW) or willingness to obtain
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

- Part-time: $24.95–28.12/hr weekdays / $31.19–35.15 Sat / $37.43+ Sun (weekend & public holiday penalty rates apply)
- Full-time: $61,000–$77,000/year (varies by venue, includes Award + benefits)
