About the Role:
Harmony Early Education Varsity Lakes is seeking an experienced, confident, and deeply passionate Assistant Educator to join our beautiful team.
We are searching for an educator who:
- Has proven experience working with children aged 0–2 years
- Shows strong initiative — anticipates needs, supports the flow of the day, and steps in without being asked
- Is naturally nurturing, patient, and responsive
- Values secure attachments, emotional safety, and high-quality caregiving practices
- Understands the importance of rituals, routines, and a predictable rhythm for our youngest children
- Brings warmth, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to the team
- Is confident engaging with families and contributing to a positive studio culture
What we are looking for:
- Diploma OR Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience in an Under 2 environment (essential)
- A strong understanding of infant development and relationship-based practice
- Someone who takes pride in creating beautiful, calm, and intentional learning spaces
- Reliable, professional, and committed to best practice every single day
