Who are we seeking?
An energetic, positive and enthusiastic ECT ready to contribute to a collaborative and stimulating environment.
In this role you will bring your passion for working with children to provide quality education and care services. You will be a part of a team of dedicated educators to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards.
You will be responsible for leading or contributing to observations, programming and supporting the children's learning outcomes, as well as building meaningful relationships with the children, their families and other educators.
Essential attributes to the roles:
- Recognised ECT qualifications
- A passion for providing quality early childhood curriculum for children
- Be enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible, and reliable
- You must be committed to your professional development (training programs, workshops and team networking are also provided)
- Able to work collaboratively with a team of passionate, committed and highly driven educators
- Knowledge and relevant skills in documenting children's learning through observations
- Experience in planning and implementing a quality educational curriculum
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and National Regulations and experience incorporating the outcomes, principles and practices into your practices and curriculum
- Ability to form and maintain professional relationships with families, children and other Educators
- Current WWC Check & First Aid certificate
- Current Child Protection training
- Current Food Handling Qualifications

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
