About You
You are a leader who people naturally gravitate toward - steady, supportive, inspiring and deeply connected to your “why.”
You bring:
- Proven experience leading an early learning service
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Solid understanding of NQS, NQF and quality practice
- Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and capability
- A commitment to child and cultural safety
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship skills
