About the Role
As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a key role in managing sales enquiries, supporting our external sales team, and delivering exceptional service to our valued dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and dealers
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to maximise opportunities
- Provide expert advice on fitments, load ratings, and product specifications
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated sales professional with a passion for the 4x4 and automotive industry
- Previous experience in sales (tyre industry experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
