Assistant Store Manager – Kotara, NSW

Adore Beauty is continuing to grow our retail presence, and we’re looking for an exceptional leader to help launch our newest store at Kotara Westfield.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting day-to-day store operations with energy and precision

- Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment

- Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service

- Managing stock, merchandising,



and promotional execution

- Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre

Who You Are

Experienced in retail leadership, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor

- Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments

- A hands-on leader who leads by example

- Passionate about people, customer experience, and creating a great place to work

- Experience in beauty or fashion is a plus (but not essential)
