We’re looking for an organised and proactive Executive Support Officer to provide high-level support to the City Wellbeing Directorate. In this role, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly and help deliver initiatives that make a real difference to our community.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate key reporting and project updates across Council meetings, strategic initiatives, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Provide a full range of administrative services — purchasing, correspondence, document management, and office systems support.
- Assist with meetings and events — from scheduling and agendas to catering, travel, and minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure information is up to date and accessible.
- Support communication and reporting — prepare newsletters, presentations, and directorate updates.
- Deliver friendly and skilled customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide diary and executive support to the Director, City Wellbeing.
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Benefits
This is a permanent full time position and carries a base salary of $70,937 per annum, excluding superannuation.
