We're looking for a reliable and energetic Catering Assistant - Allrounder to join our dynamic team at Pronto Catering. In this wide-ranging role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, keeping everything running smoothly from our kitchen to our customers' doors. Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Customer Interaction
Drive to customer locations and deliver catering orders in a skilled and timely manner
Ensure all deliveries are handled with care and presented to customers with a smile
Communicate professionally with clients, address any queries, and represent Pronto Catering's brand positively
Order Preparation & Kitchen Support
Prepare and assemble catering orders according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
Work across all kitchen sections as needed, supporting the team with prep work, preparing food and packaging
General Support
Assist in all areas of the catering operation when not on deliveries
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
Support inventory management and flagging stock levels when needed
Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Valid driving license with a clean record
Proven ability to drive safely and professionally with a clean driving record
Robust communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards
Flexibility and availability mostly Monday to Friday starting at around 7am till around afternoon and occasional weekends if needed.
