Lilin & Co is a busy, well-loved café located in HomeCo Pakenham. We’re known for our warm atmosphere, great coffee, and quality food. We’re currently looking for a part-time chef to join our kitchen team.
This role suits someone who enjoys café-style cooking, works well during service, and wants consistent part-time hours without full-time pressure.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in café or restaurant kitchens
Able to manage service confidently and work independently
Good communication and teamwork
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Available 3–4 days per week, including one weekend day
