Sharp & Carter are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a member-focused banking organisation committed to putting people first. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help customers achieve their financial goals while building strong relationships every day.

What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
Handle enquiries, transactions, and requests across face-to-face, phone, and online channels
Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services
Ensure all interactions are recorded accurately and customers are kept informed
Contribute to team targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Who We’re Looking For
People-person with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities
Honest, reliable, and a team player who can also work independently
Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience highly valued; banking experience is a bonus
Local to Dee Why or Warriewood or willing to work in these areas
