Sunny’s Margate Beach is seeking a qualified and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen team. We are a popular beachfront venue known for delivering high-quality dishes, exceptional customer experiences, and a fresh, seasonal menu that highlights local produce.
Requirements:
- Diploma-level qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field (mandatory).
- At least 1 year of full-time work experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
