To be considered for this role you need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:

You need to be a qualified Baker or someone that has been working as a Baker.

· Ability to be available to work late nights (Afternoon shifts start between 11:30 and 13:30). Applicants must have their own transport or live close to Minto as public transport is not often available at these finishing times.

· Work in a fast paced team workplace and communicate with team members.

· Portray a positive attitude.

· Complete duties as directed

· Abide by company policies and procedures at all times and ensure high levels of quality in bakery products to ensure customer satisfaction.
