As the Procurement Administrator, you’ll support the end-to-end purchasing and supply chain process, ensuring products move seamlessly from concept to delivery. You’ll coordinate supplier communications, track product development timelines, manage documentation, and help bring recent products and accessories to life.
This role suits someone proactive, organised, tech-savvy, and ready to take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and formatting current product test sheets
Collaborate with internal teams on new product and accessory development
Maintain up-to-date product information (spec sheets, renders, certifications, etc.)
Track product timelines, samples, and readiness using Microsoft Project
Update procurement documents and shared files
Liaise with suppliers for samples, documents, and ETAs
Follow the full sourcing process, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly
Coordinate factory inspections
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including basic negotiations
Create product manuals from spec sheets, including formatting or translation support
Transfer Shopify data to Excel and generate reports
Collect and organise certifications
Assist with payment documentation preparation
Provide basic graphic design support (Illustrator & Photoshop)
Handle barcoding and batching of products
Support management with additional tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
Robust organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel & ideally Microsoft Project
Basic graphic design skills (Illustrator/Photoshop) – highly regarded
Previous procurement or supply chain experience is a plus
