Client Liaison Officer| $75,000 + Super | Veteran Health
As a Client Liaison Officer for our team, you will play a vital administrative role in supporting the coordination of services for veterans. You will facilitates communication between veterans, advocates, practitioners, and relevant authorities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organisation’s service delivery.

Key responsibilities:
Inbox and communication monitoring
Organise and archive documents
Educate veterans on required processes, documentation, and service expectations, offering guidance and support throughout.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with practitioners according to their availability
Collate and format DVA reports according to established templates and checklists.
Track the veteran journey end-to-end ensuring all steps are completed

Requirements
2 years medical administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and patient management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Passionate about helping veterans
