About the Prospect
A mixed billing medical centre located inside a busy shopping complex is looking for VR GPs who are willing and able to work weekend shifts to cater for high patient demand on Saturdays and Sundays.This position is ideal for VR GPs who are still under the moratorium and needing a 19ab exemption, or perhaps unrestricted VR GPs who can participate in a rotating weekend roster. The clinic is easily accessible via public transport with free in office parking for patients and staff with standard appointments typically being around 10min allowing you to see up to 6 patients an hour if that suits your consulting habits. Range of services provided here include occupational medicine, mental health, travel advice, children's health checks, women and men's health issues, acute care and general family medicine. If you're currently available to work regular weekend shifts we'd love to hear from you! Doctors earn 65% of their billings with a 3 month minimum guaranteed hourly rate of $150/hr.
Essential Criteria:
MBBS or equivalent
Must have a current and valid AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
FRACGP qualified
Medical Indemnity Insurance
