About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist In Charge to join our team at Destro's Pharmacy in Drummoyne, NSW. This is a regular role, offering 2 regular weeknight shifts per week. Thursday and Friday 2:00pm to 9:00pm .
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and patient care, including dispensing medications, providing counselling, and monitoring patient outcomes
Supervising pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of service and patient safety
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring the secure storage and handling of pharmaceuticals
Liaising with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care
We are seeking for a Pharmacist with Vaccination skills and UTI, OC and Dermatology.
What we're looking for
A current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Pharmacist in Australia , with demonstrated expertise in a community pharmacy setting
Robust leadership and management skills,
with the ability to effectively supervise and mentor a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Proficient in the use of pharmacy management software and other relevant technology
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes
