Role
As a Senior Analyst / Manager you will lead client engagements, delivering workforce analytics and advisory solutions to a diverse client base.
A large part of the role will be centred on payroll projects and initiatives, focusing on developing and delivering advanced analytical solutions including automation,
dashboard development, data integration, insights and modelling.
Your Experience
Demonstrated experience in Workforce Analytics either in a consulting or client side role.
Technical skills: Python; additional skills in Databricks and / or PySpark advantageous.
Previous experience of working within Consulting would be advantageous.
