This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail manager to drive sales, coach a motivated team, and grow into a Store Manager role within a supportive, career-focused environment.
What You'll Do: Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 5+ staff to deliver strong sales and outstanding customer service.
Manage daily operations, including rostering, delegating tasks, and maintaining operational excellence.
Be hands-on on the sales floor while mentoring the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
Support the Store Manager in executing business strategies and rolling out operational initiatives.
About You: Proven retail management experience in a quick-paced workplace,
leading a team of 5+ staff.
Hands-on, sales-driven, and confident in delegating to empower your team.
Ambitious and career-focused, with a desire to progress into a Store Manager role.
Relevant retail experience, ideally with interest or exposure to tools or trade products.
Reliable, motivated, qualified, and flexible to work at least one weekend day.
