Your New Role

As a Classroom Teacher,



you’ll inspire young minds, foster a positive learning environment, and develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. You’ll also provide individual attention to students, addressing their unique needs, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes. By building strong relationships with parents and guardians, you’ll support student success and make a lasting impact on their lives.

Selection Criteria

- Commitment to and understanding of the Catholic faith and its tradition
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education (or working towards)
- Proven ability to work collegially and collaboratively as a member of a team
- Deep knowledge of the curriculum K-6
- Skills to analyse and interpret data to inform teaching and learning practices.
- Understanding of diversity of learners and proven ability to differentiate instruction according to individual needs
- Ability to develop a positive learning environment using effective classroom management strategies that enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes
- Willingness to support and engage with the school community
- Current First Aid
- Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category B,



Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools or willing to achieve)
- NSW Working with Children Check
- NSW NESA Accreditation
