As a Clinical Midwife – Caseload, you’ll deliver low-risk, continuity-of-care midwifery across pregnancy, labour, birth, and postpartum—both in the hospital and the community.

What You’ll Do
- Provide primary midwifery care in a caseload model
- Lead and mentor midwives within the group practice
- Collaborate with TUH and other health providers
- Deliver best-practice, woman-centred care across the continuum
What We Offer
Generous remuneration package including:
- Base salary of $4,138.10 – $4,431.10 per fortnight
- 6 weeks recreational leave + 17.5% leave loading
- Uniform & laundry + district & on-call/shift allowances
- Ongoing professional development opportunities
- Salary packaging options + additional leave entitlements
- Annualised salary with 35% loading
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
Role Requirements
- Bachelor/Diploma of Midwifery + registration with AHPRA
- Willingness to work on-call (annualised salary applies)
- C Class Driver’s Licence.
