This full-time on-site role offers the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle gain exposure to strategic HR initiatives and contribute to building a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle.
- Support recruitment activities including apprenticeships and operational roles.
- Assist with interpreting employment conditions under Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to performance and behaviour‑related matters under guidance.
- Help manage apprenticeship programs and support training outcomes.
- Assist with HR documentation reporting and annual People initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 13 years experience in an HR environment (internships graduate programs or entry‑level roles welcome).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- A proactive resilient and service‑oriented mindset.
