The Role
Our established client offers a clean and safe enviornment for an experienced Mechanical Assembler/Trade Assistant to join an already established team of Tradesmen.
The role offers ongoing work and an prospect to grow for the right person.
You will be working in a workshop doing assembly work to support the water treatment sector.
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly and testing PACKERS for use in water systems.
- Experience with power tools including cutting and angle grinding.
- Record keeping and documentation maintenance.
- General cleaning and workshop maintenance.
About you:
- Mechanically minded
- Previous assembly experience
- Previous experience maintaining records / documentation.
- Experience working on vehicles, moving equipment and machine maintenance
About the role:
- Located in Girraween
- Pay rate $40 p/h + OT
- Casual role with permanency pathway
- Monday to Friday
- Supported by experienced Tradesmen or TAs
