About the role
Empowered Vision Digital Displays / Allpride Signs and Marketing is seeking an experienced Admin and Tech Support person to join our team in Gateshead, NSW on a permanent part-time basis (Tuesday to Friday 9am - 3pm)
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for providing admin support for our busy on the road sales staff and technical support for our digital signage clients.
What you'll be doing
1. Detail quoting for sales staff
2. Providing telephone support to digital customers including troubleshooting programming issues and providing initial training for clients as required (training will be provided on our CMS program).
3. Assisting with the setup and maintenance of our digital LED and LCD displays
4. Liaising with customers and sales staff as needed.
5. Supporting the broader team with any additional tasks as required.
What we're looking for
1. Experience in an administrative and/or tech support role with a confident and friendly phone manner.
2. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills and able to liaise effectively with both staff and clients.
4.
Robust organisation, time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
