**Optical Dispenser / Assistant - Eyes on Docklands**
**Part-Time | 1-3 days per week | Monday to Friday (Flexible schedule) | No Weekends or Late Nights**
Are you an experienced optical or health professional seeking a role that values both skill and balance?
Eyes on Docklands is looking for a part-time Optical Dispenser / Assistant to join our independent, community-focused practice in the heart of Docklands.
**About the Role**
You’ll work closely with our optometrist and patients to ensure a seamless experience - from welcoming them at reception to assisting with eyewear selection and providing quality dispensing advice.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Providing outstanding customer service at the front desk
- Managing bookings, phone enquiries, and general administration
- Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
- Supporting the optometrist and wider team in daily operations
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and warmth to their work.
You’ll have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the optical or broader health industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, adaptable approach and genuine care for patients
- Confidence in handling both dispensing and administrative duties
