**A Little Letter from the Children at Only About Children Carindale**

Hello there, new grown-up friend!

We're the children at Only About Children **Carindale**, and we've been making big wishes (the kind you whisper into the wind) for someone very special to help lead our warm, happy community.

Our campus is full of laughter, tiny footsteps, and the smell of crayons and sunshine. We're a cosy **75-place service** with bright learning spaces and outdoor areas where we chase bubbles, spot butterflies, and make friends with the trees.

Every day, we build towers to the sky, paint masterpieces, and discover recent wonders about our world. But we need a grown-up leader who believes-just like we do-that every day is a chance to grow, explore, and smile.

We think our new **Assistant Director** will have:
