The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job briefing and sourcing candidates to interview coordination and offer management.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ skills and suitability for specific roles.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss open roles, recruitment strategies, and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts, salary packages, and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
Candidate Management:
- Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, preparing them for interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide feedback at each stage of the process.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients by identifying hiring needs in the market.
- Develop and expand your client portfolio to generate additional revenue for the business.
Market Knowledge & Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and changes within industries.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on the latest market developments.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand industry hiring trends.
About You:
- Background in Recruitment OR an outbound sales role, preferably within a high volume phone call environment.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated and keen to make money.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good organisation skills and able to prioritise tasks.
- High standard of client service.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
