Casual Early Childhood Educator Certificate 3
Stepping into this position means joining a team dedicated to nurturing and educating children from birth to six years. You’ll play an active role in their daily learning and wellbeing, engaging with children, supporting routines, and ensuring the environment remains safe and welcoming. You’ll help deliver play-based learning experiences tailored to each child’s development, while building strong connections with families and the team.

Casual Early Childhood Educator Diploma

Casual Early Childhood Teacher

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Current First Aid qualification (HLTAID012)
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025)
- Current NESA Teacher Accreditation registration.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and relevant legislation.

Casual ISS Support Worker

Casual Early Education Centre Cleaner
As a casual cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene across classrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and staff areas, following a set cleaning schedule and approved health and safety procedures. Your work supports the smooth operation of our early childhood centres and helps provide a positive space where young children can learn and grow.
What You’ll Bring
- NSW Working with Children Check.
- Previous experience in commercial or childcare cleaning preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety practices.

Casual Early Education Centre Cook
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in planning and preparing nutritious, balanced meals and snacks for children aged 0–5 years. You’ll work closely with the Early Childhood Director to create seasonal menus that meet Australian Dietary Guidelines, accommodate individual dietary needs, allergies and cultural preferences — all within budget. Maintaining food safety standards and keeping the kitchen clean, safe and organised will be part of your daily routine.
What You’ll Bring
- NSW Working with Children Check.
- Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to complete on appointment.
- Experience preparing nutritious meals for young children, ideally in childcare or similar settings.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage budgets and stock supplies.

- Package (hourly rates as below):
- Casual Early Childhood Educator Diploma: $44 - $46 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation.
- Casual Early Childhood Educator Certificate 3: $38 - $41 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation.
- Casual Early Childhood Teacher: $64 - $68 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation.
- Casual ISS Support Worker: $37 - $39 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation.
- Casual Early Education Centre Cook: $37 - $39 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation.
- Casual Early Education Centre Cleaner: $34 - $36 gross per hour plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Casual hours. Applicants must be able to work a range of shifts from 6am - 7pm.
