Your Role And Impact
You’ll experience a varied caseload that includes adult and pediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy skills.
As a valued member of the Better Rehab community, you’ll get to experience Better Rehab life alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Day-to-day You Will

- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach.
- Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
- Work your way. Be supported by your supervisor to develop a work/life balance plan that suits you.

About You:

- SPA registration
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
