Trend Windows & Doors, part of the VENTORA group, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Window Installer/Offsider to join our Ormeau team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working in a supportive team workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial aluminium windows and doors, including sashes and site glazing
- Ensure accurate alignment, sealing, and finishing of installations
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in glazing or similar roles highly regarded
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Physically capable of manual handling and working at heights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, well-presented, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s licence and White Card required
- Willingness to learn Trend’s installation procedures and product knowledge
