We seek a Business Manager to join our award-winning team at our flagship, iconic modern truck dealership.

Description:
Based at our Derrimut dealership, this role also supports our Campbellfield site. This means you need to be confident, self-driven, and full of energy, enthusiasm, and determination to learn and be trained in all aspects of heavy automotive finance sales.

About the role:
As an essential part of the Sales team, you'll focus on generating business from new and existing customers to meet sales targets. Your main aim will be to add value and establish lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional sales and customer experiences.

- Work collaboratively with the Sales teams to close deals.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with our lenders to find solutions for our customers.
- Complete the finance process from application and submission to delivery and settlement.

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

- Sales experience in dealership finance and or insurance experience, trucks, heavy machinery, and asset finance experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal skills
- Naturally comfortable negotiating with customers
- "Can Do" attitude going above & beyond customer expectations
- Professional presentation & reliability
- Confidence, drive and determination




- Computer literate
- VIC driver's licence
