Wallacia Country Club, a subsidiary of St Johns Park Bowling Club is located in Western Sydney and offers a peaceful but challenging 18-hole course for both avid and beginner golfers, year-round. We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Casual Club Attendants. Approximately 20 hours per week.
As a Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests.
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing high-quality customer service experiences
· Efficiently managing beverage replenishment as a bar attendant
· Operating TAB/Keno facilities
· Handling cash transactions
· Maintaining poker machines and serving drinks, addressing gaming floor inquiries
· Assisting with Club membership queries
· Ensuring cleanliness on the premises, including table clearing and general cleaning duties
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in a club setting with sound knowledge of club operations.
- A positive attitude and passionate about customer service.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team workplace and autonomously.
- The ability to listen and communicate clearly.
- Be able to maintain physical and fast paced work.
- Effective time management.
- A current RSA & RCG Licence.
