ABOUT THE COMPANY
TwoScots is partnering with a large wholesale distributor based in North Melbourne on an Accounts Receivable Officer role.
The role is an immediate start based on an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend.

Role
The duties include but are not limited to:
- End to end Accounts Receivable function
- Processing customer claims & rebates
- Performing account reconciliations, monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Generate and send out invoices and statements
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
Skills + Experience
- Minimum 2 years Full function AR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate excel skills is desirable
- Problem solver
- Good knowledge of Excel
- A proactive member within a team
