About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Qualified Chef to join our talented culinary team at the Chirnside Park Country Club in the heart of Chirnside Park, Victoria. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant hospitality workplace.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare high-quality meals to delight our members and guests
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, safely and in compliance with all food handling regulations
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience as a Chef
- Exceptional cooking skills and experience in a similar hospitality environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
