Dental Lodge, the newest dental practice in Cronulla, is expanding their team and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Nurse with Reception duties to join the team and become part of a supportive dental family.

Position: FT Dental Nurse with Reception duties

Location: Cronulla, NSW

Hours: Full-Time (4 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

· Chairside Assistance: work closely with our experienced clinicians, providing chairside assistance during various dental procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients;

· Sterilisation and Infection Control: maintain strict sterilisation protocols to uphold the highest standards of infection control;

· Patient Care: foster a caring and supportive environment for patients. Assist in educating them on post-treatment care.

· Reception duties: manage appointments, phone calls and emails, process claims and payments and maintain accurate patient records to ensure the smooth flow of information between the team;

· Team Collaboration: collaborate with our team to provide seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and organisational skills





· Willingness to learn and being a team player

· Previous dental experience or Certificate III/IV are a plus but not essential

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cronulla, NSW 2230: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

- Australia (Preferred)
