Trainee Service Advisor -North Shore Honda , Artarmon
Scotts Group ,North Shore Honda Service, Artarmon is looking for a Trainee Service Advisor to liaise and communicate with our customers and suppliers.
About the Role:
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be the ‘face’ of our business, providing exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all office administration and procedures to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the service related tasks.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for new and existing customers
- Taking incoming calls
- Taking and making bookings over the phone
- Assist Service Advisors to provide customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Handling all manner of enquiries
- Resolving customer issues
- Updating workshop
- Assist Service Advisors to Up-sell any extra work required on the day
- All Administrative duties
Essential Skills:
- Customer service with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
We are searching for someone passionate that is willing to integrate into the team setting, with the intention to hold a long term position and the opportunities to grow within the business along the way.
Previous experience within the Automotive industry prefered but not essential.
