Landscape Gardener - Vantage Logan Village Green & Links
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our beautiful over 50's lifestyle community located in Logan Village
11th November, 2025
About the role
Based at Vantage Logan Village Green and Logan Village Links , this role is responsible for ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to our high qualified standard, supporting a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Home Owners.
In this role some of your responsibilities will be:
Maintaining all gardens, lawns, paths and roadways
Mowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontages
Weeding and weed management of all common areas and grounds
General planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulching
Watering of all common areas and lawns
Basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruning
Ensuring all watering systems are installed and operating effectively and as required
Undertake regular cleaning of external building windows,
facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational schedule
Skills and experience
Previous experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public setting
Experience in hard and soft landscaping
Experience in dealing with end customers in a customer centric manner
In addition, you will have:
Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
Construction Industry White Card
