Exciting Opportunity for a Receptionist
Make a real difference where it matters most – Join us! We’re looking for a compassionate Receptionist to join our supportive, resident‑focused team at Jimboomba Community Aged Care.
Core Responsibilities
Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all enquiries from residents, staff, family and friends that come to the residence both face‑to‑face and over the phone. You will complete the full range of front desk and administrative support, including follow‑up activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Highly organised, comfortable learning new technology, discrete, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
- Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable.
