Banking Specialist – Dee Why / Warriewood (NSW)

Sharp & Carter are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a member-focused banking organisation committed to putting people first. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help customers achieve their financial goals while building strong relationships every day.

What You’ll Do

- Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle enquiries, transactions, and requests across face-to-face, phone, and online channels




- Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services
- Ensure all interactions are recorded accurately and customers are kept informed
- Contribute to team targets while delivering exceptional customer service

Who We’re Looking For

- People-person with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Honest, reliable, and a team player who can also work independently
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience highly valued; banking experience is a bonus
- Local to Dee Why or Warriewood or willing to work in these areas
