We are seeking passionate Cert III or Diploma qualified Educators, who are looking to join our amazing team at Children First Evanston Park centre on a casual basis!
The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators.
We are seeking Educators who have a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry, and who are looking to be part of a team where your voice is heard, input is encouraged, and commitment is rewarded.
About your new role:
- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
- You will have a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
- You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
- You will have confidence in building robust relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a transparent cycle of reflective practice.
About you:
- Cert III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
- Current Working with Children Check, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
