We're seeking a customer-focused, organised, and enthusiastic Property Investment Manager to join our experienced team.

Your Role
- List properties, coordinate inspections, and manage tenancy agreements
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a property portfolio
- Communicate with landlords and tenants to resolve issues
- Advertise properties, collect rent, and screen tenants
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Neat personal presentation and positive attitude
- Current Driver's Licence
- Real estate certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Property management experience is a bonus, but not required
