- Lead, inspire, and mentor a passionate team to achieve outstanding store performance
- Drive exceptional customer service standards and foster a welcoming, energetic store culture
- Analyse store metrics, identify opportunities, and deliver strong commercial results
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence and uphold Betts' brand standards
- Build genuine customer connections and represent Betts as our local brand ambassador
Who you are:
- Proven experience in retail management (footwear or fashion highly regarded)
- A natural leader with strong communication and coaching skills
- Driven, organised, and motivated by achieving resultsPassionate about customer experience and building community connections
- A positive, hands‐on, and people‐focused approach
- Entrepreneurial minded, ready to treat your business as if it were your own
