What We're Looking For
- Have a passion for retail
- Passion for and good knowledge of the latest technology and entertainment products
- Highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Ability to work in a customer-focused retail business serving customers, while managing work tasks around their needs
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
