About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Ticketing Assistant to support the Box Office function at WAAPA. This position reports to the Ticketing and Events Coordinator and provides exceptional customer service at the front-face of WAAPA.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with the public and providing exceptional customer service.
About you
To be successful in this role you will pride yourself on providing exceptional customer service. You will be punctual, efficient and organised.
**You will be able to demonstrate**:
a thorough understanding of, and excellence in, the practices, systems and procedures of providing ticketing and front of house functions.
experience working within a large, complex organisation and using multiple systems.
experience handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
strong attention to detail and accuracy.
the ability to work within a team setting to provide consistent, proactive and excellent customer service.
the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
exceptional communication skills,



including the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels;
the ability to work autonomously, take direction and motivate self in a busy environment when managing competing priorities and deadlines.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
